The Grey Correlation Analysis of Factors Affecting the Total Income of Xinjiang Hospital

目的:探讨医院总收入的影响因素,为医院经营管理及发展规划提供科学依据。方法:采用灰色关联分析法对某院2010-2014年总收入影响因素进行分析。结果:与医院总收入关系最密切的是医疗收入,关联度0.814 7;其次财政补助收入0.619 3;与医疗收入关系最密切的是住院收入关联度0.657 1;门诊收入中,与之关系最密切的是检查收入0.758 1、化验收入0.756 7、药品收入0.745 0;住院收入中,与之关系最密切的是检查收入0.997 0,护理收入0.992 3,药品收入0.991 8、化验收入0.991 0。影响某院总收入的因素其关联程度由强到弱依次为门急诊人次,年平均实际开放床位数、实际占用总床日数、年职工人数、年住院手术例数、平均住院日、病床周转次、住院危重病人抢救成功率、病床使用率、固定资产、年出院人数。结论:灰色关联分析法适用于多因素非线性的因素分析,其方法计算简单,排序明确,结果可靠,在医院管理中可广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the influence factors of Hospital of total revenue,and provide scientific basis for hospital management and development planning.Methods:By the method of grey relational analysis to analyze the influencing factors of 2010-2014 in a hospital total annual income method.Results:The most closely relationship with the hospital medical income total income is 0.814 7,correlation degree;secondly,financial subsidy income 0.619 3;most closely with the medical income relationship is the hospital income correlation degree 0.657 1;outpatient income,with the most closely related is to check the income of 0.758 1,acceptance into 0.756 7,0.745 0hospital drug income;income and,most closely check is the income of 0.997 0,income 0.992 3nursing,drug income of 0.991 8,income 0.991 0test.Factors affecting total income of a hospital in the relational degree from strong to weak door emergency room visits,the average annual actual open beds,occupied by the actual total number of bed days,years the number of employees,annual hospitalization cases of operation,average hospitalization days,the bed turnover time,critically ill hospitalized patients,sickbed usage,the success rate of fixed assets the number of annual discharge,rescue.Conclusion:Factor analysis method is suitable for multi factor non-linear analysis of grey correlation,the method is simple in calculation,clear sorting,the results are reliable,and can be widely used in hospital management.
