锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折50例疗效分析

摘要 目的:观察肱骨近端骨折采用锁定加压接骨板治疗的临床疗效,探讨锁定加压接骨板在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的意义和价值。方法:选择我院收治的肱骨近端骨折患者进行前瞻性随机对照,按随机数字表将50例患者分为两组,观察组采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗,对照组采用普通钢板进行治疗,随访半年,对比观察两组患者关节功能恢复情况和不良反应的发生状况。结果:观察组优良率为92.31%(24/26),对照组为70.83%(17/24),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.048<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.85%(1/26),对照组为20.83%(5/24),两组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.065>0.05)。结论:对肱骨近端骨折采用锁定加压接骨板进行治疗,术后关节功能恢复良好,不良反应发生少,临床疗效比较满意。
