早期股骨头坏死周围软组织病变DR、CT与MRI对比研究

Early Peripheral Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head of Soft Tissue Lesions of DR,CT and MRI Comparative Study

目的:对比分析早期股骨头坏死周围软组织病变患者的DR、CT与MRI的情况。方法:选取2013年11月—2014年10月在我院实施早期股骨头坏死疾病治疗的患者作为研究对象,共收集110例,共计168个股骨头受累。所有早期股骨头坏死疾病的患者都使用Siemens Ax DR机摄标准骨盆片,同时进行双髋关节CT、MRI平扫,通过三位有经验的放射科医师,采取影像学分析,使用双盲法观察扫描的影片,并记录和分析患者早期股骨头坏死周围软组织病变DR、CT、MRI的情况。结果:患者CT和DR比较股骨头韧带钙化、关节囊肿胀、骼腰肌囊扩张、肌肉萎缩有差异(P<0.05);CT和MRI比较股骨头韧带钙化有差异(P<0.05);DR和MRI比较关节囊肿胀、骼腰肌囊扩张、肌肉萎缩有差异(P<0.05)。结论:DR能够将肌肉萎缩显示出来,但是存在辨别类别和程度的缺陷;CT能够将关节囊的点条状钙化显示出来,MRI和CT一样,可以有效区分肌肉萎缩的类别和程度,CT和MRI在关节囊肿胀、肌肉萎缩两方面显示率最高。

Objective:Comparative analysis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head in patients with peripheral soft tissue lesions by DR,CT and MRl conditions.Methods:From November 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital,the implementation of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head for the treatment of the diseases of patients as the research object,a total of 110 patients were collected,a total of 168 femoral head involvement.For all the early avascular necrosis of the femoral head in patients with the disease,use the Siemens Ax DR machine perturbation standard pelvic radiographs,at the same time double hip CT,MRI scan,by three experienced radiologists,take imaging analysis,using double blind observation scanning films,and record the early avascular necrosis of the femoral head and the surrounding soft group DR,CT,MRI in the lesions of patients with case analysis.Results:In patients with CT and DR comparison of the femoral head ligament calcification,joint swelling,iliopsoas bursa dilate,muscle atrophy has difference(P<0.05);CT and MRI to compare the femoral head ligament calcification differences(P< 0.05);DR and MRI to compare the joint swelling,iliopsoas bursa dilate,muscle atrophy there are differences(P< 0.05).Conclusion:DR is able to muscle atrophy is displayed,but defect category and the degree of discrimination;CT can be dot calcification of joint capsule display,MRI and CT,can effectively distinguish the category and the degree of muscle atrophy,CT and MRI in the joint swelling,muscle atrophy in two showed the highest rate of.
