摘要
目的:探讨建构主义教学模式在儿科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年7月—2017年3月在我院儿科实习的80名3年制护理专业学生作为本次研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组运用建构主义教学方法,出科时比较两组理论、操作考核成绩、评判性思维能力及儿科临床带教质量与教学满意度。结果:观察组的理论及操作考核成绩总分、评判性思维能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学计划安排、教学模式及教学效果三方面满意率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建构主义教学有助于提高护生理论、操作考核成绩、评判性思维能力及儿科临床带教质量与教学满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of constructivism teaching mode in pediatric nursing clinical teaching.Methods:We selected 80 three-year nursing students from July 2016 to March 2017 as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the number table method. Each group had 40 students. The control group adopted traditional teaching methods. The observation group used constructivism teaching methods and compared the two groups when they were discharged. Theory, operation examination results,critical thinking ability, pediatric clinical teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.Results:The total score and critical thinking ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constructivism teaching is helpful to improve the theory of nursing, operation examination results,critical thinking ability,clinical teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of pediatrics.
