摘要
目的:了解广西县级公立医院医改后医务人员工作满意度及其影响因素。方法:采用简单随机抽样方法抽取广西第三批进行县级公立医院改革的4个样本县,共496名医务人员进行工作满意度调查。结果:医务人员对收入状况的满意率最低,对改革的认知水平与知晓程度较低。对工作感到不满意的前三个原因是"职业风险高""收入相对较低"和"工作强度大"。医务人员的工作满意度在不同性别、不同医院类型、不同职业岗位、不同月均收入和每周工作时间之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,影响医务人员工作满意度的因素有医院类型、每周工作时间和月均收入(P<0.05)。结论:广西县级公立医院改革后医务人员对自身收入情况最不满意,对改革内容的了解程度较低。月均收入、医院类型与每周工作时间是影响医务人员工作满意度的主要因素。
Objective:To investigate current job satisfaction and influencing factor of medical staff in county-level hospitals after county hospital reform in Guangxi.Methods:Four samples counties of county public hospital reform in Guangxi were selected by simple random sampling, a total of 496 medical staffs were investigated for job satisfaction.Results:Medical staff have the lowest rate of satisfaction with income, and the level of cognition and awareness of reform is not high.The first three reasons for job dissatisfaction are'high occupational risk','relatively low income'and'strong job intensity'.The job satisfaction of medical staff has a significant difference between different sex, different type of hospital, different occupational positions, income of different months and different working hours(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression results showed that hospital type, weekly work time and monthly average income were the influencing factors of job satisfaction of medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the reform of county public hospitals in Guangxi, medical staffs were not satisfied with their income status, and their understanding of reform contents was not high. Monthly average income,hospital type and weekly working time are the main factors that influence the job satisfaction of medical staff.
