综合护理在预防妇产科围术期感染中的应用探讨

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of perioperative infections

目的分析综合护理干预在预防妇产科围术期感染中的效果。方法选取2010年1月—2014年12月我院妇产科手术患者106例,随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(50例),对照组采用常规围术期护理,观察组采用心理、用药、健康教育等综合护理。比较2组感染发生率、并发症发生率和住院时间。结果观察组和对照组感染发生率分别为3.57%和16.00%,住院时间分别为(9.91±1.47)d和(11.44±2.55)d,满意率分别为80.36%和50.00%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理措施能够有效减少妇产科患者围术期感染和并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意率。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of gynecology and obstetrics perioperative infection effect,and to explore perioperative nursing science method. Methods Select January 2010-December 2014 106 cases,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology hospital patients were randomly divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(50 cases).Control group using conventional perioperative nursing,the observation group use the comprehensive nursing care such as psychology,medicine,health education.Compare two groups infection rate,incidence of complications and hospitalization time. Results Respectively in observation group and control group infection cases 3.57% and 16.00%,length of hospital stay were(9.91±1.47)and(11.44±2.55)days, the satisfaction rate of 80.36% and 50.00% respectively.By comparing differences between the three indicators have statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures can effectively reduce the gynecology and obstetrics perioperative patients with infection and complications,shorten hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction, is worth further strengthened.
