无痛注射技术加局麻在颈腰关节疼痛注射疗法中的研究

The study of painless injection technique combined with local anesthesia in injection therapy of neck and waist joint pain

目的研究无痛注射技术加局麻在颈腰关节疼痛注射疗法中的效果。方法选取90例骨科颈腰关节疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,2组患者均采用曲安奈德加利多卡因进行治疗,对照组直接行注射疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予无痛注射技术加局麻。观察2组疼痛总发生率、并发症。结果观察组疼痛总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛注射技术加局麻用于颈腰关节疼痛注射疗法中能显著减轻患者注射疼痛、具有"简、便、效、廉"的特点,提高患者依从性和复诊率,从而大大提升治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective Tostudythe clinical application ofpainless injection combined with local anesthesia in the injection therapy of neck and waist joint pain. Methods 90 patients with neck and waist joint pain in orthopedics department were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases each. Patients in both groups were treated with triamcinolone acetonide gallidocaine. The control group was directly injected with injection therapy. The total incidence of pain and complications in the two groups were observed. Results The total incidence of pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion painless injection combined with local anesthesia can significantly reduce the pain of injection in patients with cervical and lumbar joint pain injection therapy,with the characteristics of 'simple,convenient,effective,inexpensive',improve patient compliance,the rate of reexamination,so as to greatly improve the therapeutic effect,worthy of promotion.
