六味地黄丸和金匮肾气丸联合壮骨关节丸治疗膝骨关节炎效果观察

Effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills and Jinkui Shenqi pills combined with Zhuanggu Guanjie pills on knee osteoarthritis

目的观察六味地黄丸和金匮肾气丸联合壮骨关节丸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月—2013年12月于我院门诊接受治疗的150例膝骨关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)和治疗组(75例),对照组口服壮骨关节丸,治疗组在对照组基础上结合中医辨证情况另服用六味地黄丸或金匮肾气丸治疗。记录并比较2组的临床疗效;同时采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定膝关节疼痛情况;采用Lysholm膝关节评分量表评定膝关节功能。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为90.72%(68/75),显著高于对照组的61.33%(46/75),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组降低幅度更大;Lysholm功能评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗组升高幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸和金匮肾气丸联合壮骨关节丸治疗膝骨关节炎可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者膝关节疼痛及功能情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills and Jinkui Shenqi pills combined with Zhuanggu Guanjie Pills on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 150 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into control group(75 cases)and treatment group(75 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Zhuanggu Guanjie Pills orally.The treatment group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills or Jinkui Shenqi Pills on the basis of the control group combined with the Yin-Yang dialectics of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded and compared.The knee pain was assessed by Visual analogue scale(VAS),and the knee function was assessed by Lysholm knee scale.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.72%(68/75),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.31%)(46/75),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The score of Lysholm function was higher than that before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Pills and Jinkui Shenqi Pills combined with Zhuanggu Guanjie Pills can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis,improve knee pain and function,and it is worthy of clinical application.
