细节护理对尿毒症血液透析患者生存质量及并发症的影响分析

目的分析细节护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者生存质量与并发症的影响。方法对2015年12月—2017年10月于我院接受血液透析治疗的78例尿毒症患者展开研究,经随机数字表法分为2组,对照组39例行常规护理,分析组39例予以细节护理。对比2组患者干预前后生存质量与并发症情况。结果护理前,2组患者生活质量(SF-36)、生存质量(KDTA)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,2组得分均明显改善,且分析组改善效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析组并发症发生率为10.26%,低于对照组的30.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预应用于尿毒症血液透析患者中有利于提升患者生存质量,降低并发症,安全性更高,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To summarize the effects of detailed nursing intervention on quality of life and complications in hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods A study was conducted on 78 uremic patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2017. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The controlgroup received 39 routine nursing care, and the analysis group received 39 detailed nursing care.The quality of life and complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life(sf-36)and quality of life(KDTA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention, scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement effect of the analysis group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the analysis group was 10.26%, lower than 30.77% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing intervention in patients with uremia hemodialysis can indeed get higher returns,which will help to improve patients’ quality of life,reduce complications,and have higher safety and clinical application value.
