摘要 目的探讨门诊注射室护理中护患沟通的有效方法。方法将我院门诊注射室2017年5月—2018年5月收治的78例患者作为观察对象,根据护理方式的不同将患者随机分为2组各39例,对照组采用常规门诊注射室护理,观察组采用优质沟通门诊注射室护理。观察2组患者的护理满意度以及投诉率。结果观察组患者护理满意度为94.87%、投诉率为2.56%,明显优于对照组的76.92%和15.38%(P<0.05)。结论门诊注射室护理中应用优质护患沟通,可以提升患者护理满意度,降低投诉事件发生率,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of communication methods for nurses and patients in outpatientinjection room nursing.Methods Methods 78 patients admitted to the injection room of the outpatient department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the objects of observation. According to the different nursing methods, the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine outpatient injection room nursing, and the observation group received high-quality communication outpatient injection room nursing.The nursing satisfaction and complaint rate of the two groups were observed.Results the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%, and the complaint rate was 2.56%, significantly better than the control group’s 76.92% and15.38%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of communication methods for nurses and patients in outpatient injection room nursing can improve patient care satisfaction and reduce the probability of patient complaints,it has certain clinical application value.
