摘要
目的研究分级诊疗制度下对县级医院临床护士进行核心能力培养的有效机制。方法应用整群方便抽样法对我院共226名护士进行抽样,采用一般资料问卷和临床护士核心能力量表进行调查。测量样本基础评分,以及根据基础评分给予不同层次护士针对性培训3个月后的测量评分。结果培训后临床护士7个维度得分相较于培训前均上升,质量评价、教育、指导等部分指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护士核心能力培养机制与护士工作能力呈正相关,可根据不同层级临床护士综合能力方面存在的具体问题,制定针对性的培训对策,为推进分级诊疗打下坚实的基础。
Objective To study the effective mechanism of cultivating the core competence of clinical nurses in county-level hospitals under the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Methods A total of 226 nurses in our hospital were sampled with the method of cluster convenient sampling,and the general data questionnaire and the core competency scale of clinical nurses were investigated.Then,the basic scores of the samples were measured,and the scores of the nurses at different levels were measured after 3 months of targeted training according to the basic scores.Results After training,the scores of seven dimensions of clinical nurses were higher than those before training,and there were significant differences in quality evaluation,education and guidance(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competency training mechanism of clinical nurses is positively correlated with nurses’ working ability.According to the specific problems of the comprehensive ability of clinical nurses at different levels,to develop targeted training measures to lay a solid foundation for promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
