髌上入路胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析髌上入路胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012年—2017年间收治的35例胫骨干骨折患者,选用半伸膝位髌上入路胫骨髓内钉内固定治疗,术后门诊随访,观察患肢力线、骨折愈合情况及并发症情况,并对膝关节功能HSS评分进行分析。结果 35例患者均获得随访,随访时间14个月~36个月,平均18.8个月,根据末次复查X线结果,力线良好,未出现感染、骨折不愈合等并发症,无膝关节前方疼痛病例。末次随访时HSS评分平均为93(73~99)分,优29例,良6例。结论髌上入路胫骨髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折具有操作简便,避免膝关节疼痛,临床满意度高等优势,为治疗胫骨干骨折提供了新的思路。 Objective To analyze the suprapatellar approach with intramedullary nails in the treatment of the treatment of tibia shaft fractures.Methods Follow-up of 35 patients with tibia shaft fractures during 2012-2017 treated with suprapatellar approach with intramedullary nails and to observe the limb force line,fracture healing and other complications and analysis of the HSS functional score of the knee joint.Results All the 35 patients were followed up from14 to 36 months,average 18.8 months.According to the X-ray results of the last review,all the fractures were healed,the force lines were good,and there were no complications such as infection and nonunion of fractures,and no anterior knee pain cases.At the last follow-up,the average HSS score was 93(73~99),with 29 excellent cases and 6 good cases.Conclusion the treatment of tibial shaft fracture by suprapubic approach with tibial intramedullary nail has the advantages of simple operation,avoiding knee joint pain and high clinical satisfaction,which provides a newidea for orthopedic surgeons to treat tibial shaft fracture and is worthy of clinical application.
