经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的效果。方法选择我院2015年7月—2018年1月胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者31例共37个椎体给予PKP治疗。结果术后随访6个月,所有患者疼痛症状显著缓解或消除,均未发生神经损伤,伤椎椎体无继发性塌陷。结论胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折采用PKP治疗具有迅速缓解疼痛症状、快速加固及强化椎体高度、可早期进行康复锻炼等优点,值得临床推广应用。
