三资企业投资决策过程的风险因素分析

Risk factors analysis of decision-making process of Chinese-foreign joint ventures as investment

本研究围绕三资企业的投资问题,改变以往的研究方法,引入决策过程的动态观点对之进行探讨.从任务和风险因素变化的角度,把三资企业投资决策过程分成投资意向、投资谈判、筹建和投产四个阶段,集中分析了各个阶段中的多种风险因素,指出了各种风险因素在不同阶段有不同的作用形式和内容,说明了风险因素的时间特征.本研究为进一步研究三资企业投资决策机制作了准备,也可为三资企业投资和管理等具体工作提供依据.

The present study uses the perspective of dynamic decirsion-making process to analyse the risk factors of Chinese-foreign joint Ventures as an investment.In terms of task characteristics and risk factors in the deCision-making,four stages are identified:(1)stage of investment intention;(2)stage of investment negotiation;(3)establishment stage;(4)production stage.The risk factors which influence each stage are highlighted.Those suggest a time dimension of risk factors which arc differential in contents and functions across stages. This study provides a framework for further investigation on investment decisions among Chinese organizations.
