摘要
小导师制的导者与被导者是一种朋辈的"导学"关系,它针对学生的个性差异,因材指导学生.为此,把"小导师制"运用于高校网球教学之中,并对其实施的策略及路径逐步进行完善,有利于实现网球教学的目的.小导师制与网球教学的有机结合,能够更好地促进导者与被导者的双向发展.
In the'mini tutorial system',the tutor guides the learner like friends and the teaching is based on the learner's personality and aptitude.Therefore,the application and perfection of the 'mini tutorial system'in the tennis teaching of colleges and universities is conducive to their organic integration and can facilitate the bi-directional development of tutors and learners.
