教养与习惯:走向生活的奠基伦理能力培养

摘要 人的生活德性建基于习惯;良好习惯的养成,却是持续不断的性格教养、品格教养和生活教养的训练过程。从整体论,训练人的性格教养,应围绕个性、开朗、乐观、包容四者而展开;培养人有品格教养,需要引导人在生活中学会诚实、坦荡、信诺、自律、忠诚、同情和怜悯;进行生活教养训练,其重心应落实在对人进行生活精神的培养。培养人养成生机勃勃的生活精神,应该从责任心引导、努力精神训练、实行能力磨砺和节俭品质训练四个方面努力。教养训练的卓有成效,得益于方法的选择与运用。最好的教养训练方法即是姿态训练法、辨析训练法、虚心训练法和优雅训练法。因为人的教养的生成,既是性格、品格和生活行为的统一,也是心灵、精神、身体完善协调的展现。 Manners come from habit. Good manners are the result of constant training in personality,character,and daily life decorum. Holistically,personality training revolves around individuality,good nature,optimism,and forgivingness. Character training in life should focus on qualities of honesty,magnanimousness,trustworthiness,self-discipline,fidelity,and compassion. Daily life decorum training is led by one's spiritual aspiration,which ought to cover readiness to assume one's responsibility and willingness to make strenuous endeavor,to hone one's will,and to lead a frugal life. The effectiveness of such training depends upon the methods adopted. Best methods include posture training,study training,modesty training and elegance training,since good manners are the manifestation of the unity of personality,character,and behavior,as well as the coordination of mind and body.
