花腰傣服饰文化保护与传承中的社会工作介入——以新平县戛洒镇为例

Social Work as an Intervention in Inheriting and Protecting Huayao Dai Ethnic Group's Clothing Culture:A Case Study of Gasa Town in Xinping County

在新平花腰傣地区,旅游业日益发展,花腰傣人的生活方式也在发生着改变。以服饰为代表的民族传统文化受到了严重冲击。在服饰文化变迁的背后,投射出人们价值观的转变与民族认同的淡化。针对这一社会问题,社会工作介入可以从老人、妇女、家庭、青少年社会工作等方面入手,开展社区参与式活动并提供专业服务,营造出浓厚的民族文化氛围;还可以通过整合资源、倡导政策创新等方式,使花腰傣传统服饰文化的保护与传承获得社会各界的关注。

Tourism flourishes in the Huayao Dai areas of Xinping County,which in certain ways has transformed the local lifestyle.Clothing culture as a part is under serious attacks.The change of clothing of the local people reflects the change of value and ethnic identification.To solve this social problem, social work can come in with professional services and community activities that involve senior people,women,households,and juveniles,so that a strong ethnic cultural atmosphere is created.Use of diverse resources and policy innovation are also measures for a wider social attention to the inheritance and protection of the Huayao Dai ethnic clothing traditions.
