从民族问题产生的两个根源来解读中国特色社会主义“五位一体”理论

Understanding the Five In One Theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics from the Viewpoint of Two Main Roots of Ethnic Problems

民族特征和民族性质是民族问题产生的内外根源。民族特征突出地表现在民族固有的自然特征上,这是不以人的意志为转移的,是民族问题产生的内核;由民族性质所引起的民族问题,则大多数都是由于人为的关系,而这种人为造成的民族问题也是建立在不同民族特征这个基础之上的。而党的十八大所提出的"五位一体"理论恰好将共同语言、共同地域、共同经济生活和共同心理素质中能够引起民族问题的内外因素,通过经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态建设进行了概括和引导、化解和消除,从而在根本上解决民族问题。

Ethnic characteristics and nature are the internal and external source of ethnic problems.Ethnic characteristics are prominently manifested in inherent natural features of the people,which cannot be modified by anyone's will and constitute the kernel of ethnic issues.Ethnic problems caused by ethnic nature,on the other hand,are mostly factitious.Manmade ethnic issues also have a basis in ethnic characteristics.The Five In One theory proposed by the 18 th CPC National Congress generalizes,guides,defuses and removes the four internal and external factors of common language,territory,economic life,and psychological qualities that could cause ethnic problems through the five dimensions of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological construction,so that ethnic problems can be resolved at the root.
