On the Growth and Training of Student Cadre:A case Study at Yuxi Normal University

高校学生干部是高校学生中的积极分子,是高校团学工作有序开展的骨干力量。在新的社会环境和时代条件下,对学生干部成长培养应该从对如何培养学生干部的认识的统一性;培养工程的系统性和统筹性、培养方式的多样性和有效性及资源的整合这几方面来进行。

College student cadres are active among students and serve as the principal force for orderly student and League work on campus.In the era of the new social environment and conditions,our efforts in helping student cadre grow should start with a unified understanding on how student cadre's growth and development can be best supported and proceed to advance the systematic quality and over-all coordination level of the programs for their training,variegate the ways of their training,and make efficient and integrated use of resources.
