The Linkage Effect in the“Three Areas”of Mid-Yunnan Economic Circle and Its Development Strategies

目前,滇中经济圈在"三区"联动存在区域发展不平衡、产业聚集效果不明显、人才瓶颈等诸多问题.因此,着眼长远,完善各级园区规划,摸索"政府-社区-企业-居民"良性互动的社区治理新模式应是滇中经济圈"三区"联动下一步发展的重点.

Presently,there exist such problems as unbalanced regional development,unclear industrial congregation effect and a talent bottleneck in the'three areas'linkage in Mid-Yunnan economic circle.Therefore,the development focus of the next step and the perfection of campus plans at all levels in a long-term perspective are to grope for a good new reacting mode of community governance of'government-community-enterprise-residents'in the'three areas'of Mid-Yunnan economic circle.
