摘要
近年来,云南后发地区赶超意识进一步增强,追求跨越式发展已成为后发地区的愿望和行动纲领。云南后发地区的跨越发展,一方面面临良好的机遇,另一方面因受许多条件的制约,也不是一件轻而易举之事,因而,需要正确认识后发地区的跨越发展问题。
In recent years,the outstrip consideration of underdeveloped areas in Yunnan Province gets stronger and spanning development has been an action agenda in these areas.On one hand,great opportunities lie ahead.And on the other hand,bottleneck restriction still remains.The spanning development can't be achieved in one day.So the reconsideration of the spanning development is needed.
