摘要
哈尼族传统教育的终极指归或说最高价值,就在于使每一个族人的内在要求,均与民族群体的内在追求始终保持合一的态势,即与农耕生活、传统礼仪和祖制认同为一。而当代学校教育的终极指归,则在于提高人们的科学文化素质,培养个体成员重理性思考、轻直觉盲从的品格,并对新事物持开放、包容和认同的倾向。哈尼族的教育,只有把两种价值取向融合到一个共同点时,才能取得较好的成效。
The ultimate value of education for the Hani people is to bring into constant unity the internal ambitions of every member of the people with the collective aspiration of the whole people,or to achieve an all-over identification with life on the farm,traditional rites,and established institutions.However,the ultimate goal of contemporary school education is to uplift people's scientific and cultural qualities,to develop people's ability of thinking rationally and independently,and to enlarge their openness and tolerance toward new things.The Hani people still need to find a converging point between the two orientations for their education to achieve better results.
