摘要
提问是课堂教学中不可缺少的重要环节之一,是教师使用最普遍的教学技能之一。而高效能感教师的课堂提问策略更丰富、灵活,效果也更好。因此,要提高大学英语课堂提问的实效性,就应该提升教师的效能感。
Questioning is one of important links which can not be lacked in English classes.It is still one of teaching skills which is used most widely by teachers.However,high-efficacy teachers with better teaching efficiency use the questioning strategies more richly and flexibly.As a consequence,the key to promoting the efficiency in college English classes is to promote teachers' efficacy.
