美国经过长期的历史实践和不断创新,建立了一套合理的、开放的、具有竞争力的教师教育体系,特别是在职前教师教育实习模式改革方面所取得的成功经验,为别国教师教育的改革和发展提供了借鉴。因此通过回顾,美国教师教育改革发展历程中对教育实习模式的选择和确立以及教师教育实习模式的特点,对我国职前教师教育实习是个有益的启示。

Trough long practice and continued innovation,America has built up a rational,open,and competitive system for teacher's education.Its successful experience in transforming pre-service teaching practice offers enlightenments for other countries in their educational reform and development.This paper reviewed the teaching practice mode filtered through America's educational reform and development,and studied the features of the modes in order to produce enlightenments to improve our pre-post teaching practice.
