云南跨境民族传统节日是非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分。从传承文化血脉、延续文化基因的角度看,传统节日是各民族传承传统文化体系及其组成要素的综合平台。在彰显境内外跨境民族情感、强化族群共识的文化桥梁中,任何一种单一文化要素发挥的功能都没有传统节日强大。渊源于庆典活动、庆祝仪式的目瑙纵歌节,是景颇族最具标志性的盛大节日,在云南跨境民族传统节日中颇具典型性。展示传统文化、延续文化基因,是目瑙纵歌节的的基本功能之一。强调中华文化认同和中华民族共同体意识,是中国景颇族目瑙纵歌节的核心愿景。在非物质文化遗产视野下,云南跨境民族传统节日保护特别需要警惕内涵底蕴空心化和表现形式碎片化的倾向。

Traditional festivals of the cross-border ethnic groups in Yunnan should be part of the intangible cultural heritage to be protected.These festivals are inclusive events that carry the cultural genes and cultural lineage of the ethnic people and function more importantly for the cross-border ethnic groups than any other cultural activity in enhancing group feelings and group identities.The grand Munao Song Festival came from traditional celebrations,and has become a hallmark of the Jinpo people.One of the basic functions of the event is to put on display and carry forward the cultural genes of the people.The core vision of the Jinpo people in China at this event is to lay emphasis on the Chinese cultural and national identity.In protecting intangible cultural heritage of the cross-border people in Yunnan,we should take care not to fall into the traps of empty contents and fragmented forms.
