Eradicating Second Generation Poverty to Block the Intergenerational Poverty Transmission in Rural Areas in Yunnan

云南贫困面大,深度贫困者众多,代际传递现象普遍,形成明显的数量众多的贫二代。因此,到2020年,云南要实现脱贫,贫二代扶贫和脱贫,断开贫困代际传递的链条是贫困人口永久脱贫的关键。

Yunnan has extensive areas of poverty,the number of people still in extreme poverty is huge,and intergenerational transmission of poverty is so common that a great number of second generation poverty is being created.The key to realizing the aim of shaking off poverty in the province by 2020 is to block the intergeneration transmission by eradicating second generation poverty so that the link of the transmission is removed.
