"十二五"时期,玉溪市产业结构优化调整力度加大,对经济发展起到重要作用,但产业升级缓慢,结构优化困难,结构效益低下,产业结构依然不合理。"十三五"期间,玉溪市应以市场需求结构转变为方向,发展优势特色农业,构建新型化工业体系,增强现代服务业创新力,促进产业协调,加快产业转型升级,实现产业结构合理化。

During the 12 th Five-Year period,Yuxi made increased efforts to optimize its structure of industries,which while greatly helped to push the local economy,was hugely mitigated when the upgrading process was becoming stagnant,and so the structural efficiency is still low and the industrial structure is still not reasonable yet.In the 13 th Five-Year period,Yuxi should closely follow the structure change in market demand and accordingly develop its advantaged and unique agriculture,build a new industrial system,enhance the innovation ability of modern service industry,advance the harmony between industries,accelerate the transformation and updating of industries,and finally achieve the rationalization of industrial structure.
