流动分析法与凯氏定氮法测定植物全氮的比较 被引量:7

摘要 以硫酸-混合催化剂对植物样品进行消解,利用AA3型流动分析仪和凯氏定氮仪分别对植物的全氮含量进行测定.实验结果表明:流动分析法测定国家标准物质全氮含量高于凯氏定氮法,且更加接近标准物质的定值;流动分析法测定数据准确、速度快、重现性好,对环境影响小,适于大批量植物样品全氮含量的自动化测定. The plant samples were digested with sulfuric acid and mixed catalyst,and then the total Nitrogen concentration of the plant was determined by Continuous Flow Analyzer(CFA)and Kjeldahl apparatus respectively.The results showed that the concentrations of total Nitrogen in the standard reference materials determined by CFA were higher than that determined by Kjeldahl apparatus,and closer to their certified values.And the Continuous Flow Analysis was suitable for automatic determination of total nitrogen in large quantities of plant samples because it was accurate,fast,reproducible and environment-friendly.
