摘要
纵观康雍乾三朝,云南全省产米及仓储所存米谷足支全省兵丁所需。清政府在云南兵食体系的构建中,较为充分地考虑了生产、交通等因素,将额征秋粮米作为兵食的基础,继而在兵多米少与兵少米多之区采取改米、改折、拨运调剂和采买之法,基本上解决了云南兵食的供需问题。
Throughout the reigns of emperors Kangxi,Yongzheng,and Qianlong,the annual yield of crops and grains from storage in Yunnan were strong enough to support the troops stationed in the province.The institution for troops provisions gave ample consideration to food production and transportation.Levies on the autumn harvest provided the largest proportion of supplies for the armies,aided by specially tailored policies according to differences of areas in terms of food production and the size of troops posted.The means of government allocation and purchase were also used.
