云南农村小学教师对新课程关注阶段研究

A Study on the Stages of Concerns to New Curriculum of Rural Primary School Teachers in Yunnan Province

摘要 教师是课程改革方案的最终实施者和使用者,是影响课程改革成败的关键因素之一。以"关注为本采纳模式"(CBAM)为理论基础,运用SoCQ量表测试云南省农村小学教师的新课程关注阶段,结果显示:云南省农村小学新课程实施已进入"合作"阶段,教师关注程度的评分从高到低排列依次为:影响关注、任务关注、自我关注及低度关注。总体来看,课程实施效果较为明显。最后,针对教师关注现状提出建议。 As the ultimate administer and user of the project of curriculum reform,teachers are one of the key factors determining the success of curriculum reform.Based on the Concerns Based Adoption Model(CBAM),using the SoCQ questionnaire to test rural primary school teachers' concerns in Yunnan province,the result indicate that:the concerns of teachers largely focus on the'cooperation concerns'stage.Scores from high to low are:influence concerns;task concerns;self concerns and low concerns.Overall,the curriculum implementation effect is obvious.Finally,according to the present situation of teachers' concerns we get some suggestions.
