摘要
云南省少数民族地区中小学英语教师职场学习途径,主要包括实践反思、教学研究、视听阅读、研讨互助、观摩交流、技术辅助和合作学习7类。其中,教师参与较多的活动是实践反思和合作学习,其次是技术辅助和观摩交流,而教学研究、研讨互助和视听阅读的参与度偏低。
This study investigates 295 Chineseprimary and secondary school EFL teachers' workplace learning activities by questionnaires.These teachers are working in the ethnic areas of Yunnan province.Results show that teachers' workplace learning activities can be categorized into seven types:reflection on practice,teaching research,audiovisual reading,discussion and mutual help,observation and communication,technology assistance,and collaborative learning.The study reveals that the teachers often participate in reflection on practice and collaborative learning activities,occasionally take part in observation and communication activities,and technology assistance activities,but seldom conduct teaching research,discussion and mutual help,and audiovisual reading activities.
