云南参与“一带一路”建设中的周边国家地缘政治变动考量

云南在'一带一路'建设中有明确的战略定位和现实使命,但周边国家呈现出地缘战略地位逐渐升级、地缘利益诉求非理性因素多变、情感地缘政治变化不定和内缘安全环境变化多端等地缘政治变动特征,这对云南参与'一带一路'建设存在着潜在的影响风险。因此,从国家大局和云南优势层面,提出化解周边国家地缘政治变动影响风险的对策建议,以便于更加科学理性地规避周边国家地缘政治变动带来的冲击,降低国家利益风险。

There are clear strategic positioning and realistic mission for Yunnan in the construction of'One Belt and One Road'.The neighboring countries have gradually upgraded their geostrategic status,the geopolitical interests,so there are uncertain irrational,the emotional geopolitical changes and the variable inner security environment.The geopolitical changes have potential risks to Yunnan’s participation in the'One Belt and One Road'construction.Therefore,from the overall situation of the country and Yunnan,it is necessary to put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for resolving the risk of geopolitical changes in neighboring countries,so as to avoid the impact of geopolitical changes in neighboring countries more scientifically and rationally,and reduce the risk of national interests at the same time.
