The Basic Content, Construction Path and Time Value of Chinese Communists’ Values in the New Era

中国共产党人价值观是党内政治文化的核心,是党的建设新的伟大工程的灵魂。党的十八以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央根据世情、国情和党情的深刻变化,紧紧围绕全面从严治党来推进党的建设,把中国共产党人的价值观建设放在了突出位置。习近平总书记关于共产党人"忠诚老实、光明坦荡、公道正派、实事求是、艰苦奋斗、清正廉洁"等价值观的基本内容,共产党人价值观建设的制度保障、党员的价值观学习教育,以及党的价值观话语体系的构建等三个层面是深入分析和探索推进新时代中国共产党人价值观建设的路径。

The values of the Communists of China are the core of the political culture within the Party and the soul of the new great project of the Party’s construction. Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, has closely promoted the Party’s construction around the strict governance of the Party in an all-round way in accordance with the profound changes in the world, the national conditions and the Party’s conditions, and placed the value construction of the CPC members in a prominent position. From the perspective of the value of the times, the paper explains the basic contents of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s values of the Communists, such as 'loyalty and honesty, openness and candor, fairness and decency, seeking truth from facts, arduous struggle, honesty and integrity'. And then from the three aspects of the system guarantee of the value construction of the Communists, the value learning and education of the Party members, and the construction of the value discourse system of the Party, this paper analyses and explores the ways to promote the construction of the values of the Communists of China in the new era.
