[Objective]To understand sanitary condition of the centralized air ventilation system in public places,so as to provide basis for strengthening health supervision.[Methods]By random sampling,28 samples of central air conditioning ventilation system authority and public places were collected for hygienic survey and testing dust microorganism during May-July,2011.[Results]In 15 public places, the health organization and management system were established. The central air conditioning fresh air inlet position meeting the hygienic requirements accounted for 66.67%,the system installed with window for supervision and inspection, cleaning and disinfection n the air-conditioning duct accounted for 60.00%,installed with air purification and disinfection equipment accounted for 20.00%;the condensed water air conditioning system to concentrate discharge, drainage pipeline without plug accounted for 86.67%;sending,returning air regular cleaning air conditioning room, keep the tuyere surface no dust mildew accounted for 26.67%.In detection of 172 samples of pipeline dust, the mean dust value was 69.43 g/m2,the qualified rate was 69.19%;the total count of bacteria average is 2 249 CFU'cm2,the qualified rate is 43.60%;total fungi average was 3 494 C FU/cm2,the qualified rate was 27.91%;No Legionella was detected(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The sanitary condition of the centralized air ventilation system is worse in public places of urban area in Jining city.
