摘要
目的了解山东省二级及以上医院疾控信息报告工作现状,为探讨规范推进医院疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法 2014年7~9月,抽取全省365家二级及以上医院进行问卷调查,随机抽取34家二级及以上医院进行现场访谈。结果在调查的365家医院中,有96.71%的医院成立了公共卫生科,负责医院疾控信息报告工作,其余12家医院由门诊部、护理部、预防保健科等相关科室负责。在353家成立公共卫生科的医院中,有325家医院(二级医院230家、三级医院95家)填报了公共卫生科工作人员数量,共727人,其中二级医院540人,三级医院187人;平均每所医院公共卫生科人员数2.24人,其中二级医院平均有2.35人,三级医院平均有1.97人。二级医院的专职人员比例高于三级医院,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。三级医院40岁以上人员比例高于二级医院,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。三级医院人员整体学历水平、职称水平高于二级医院,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论山东省二级以上医院疾控信息报告工作职责基本到位,但尚需进一步规范管理,加快疾控信息报告信息化建设,提高工作信息化水平。
Objective To understand the current status of disease prevention and control information reporting in hospitals at level 2 and above in Shandong province,so as to provide scientific evidence for exploring the specification to promote the work of prevention and control of disease in hospital. Methods A total of 365 hospitals at level 2 and above were selected and questionnaire surveyed,and 34 hospitals at level 2 and above were selected randomly to conduct on-site interviews from July to September,2014. Results There were 96.71% of the total 365 hospitals set up the department of public health to complete the disease prevention and control information reporting,and the work was in the charge of outpatient department,nursing department and preventive health division in other 12 hospitals.Number of public health staff in 325 hospitals(including 230 hospitals at level 2 and 95 hospitals at level 3)of 353 hospitals which had set up the department of public health was 727,including 540 in the secondary hospitals and 187 in the tertiary hospitals.The average number of public health staff was 2.24 and the average number of staff in the secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals was 2.35 and 1.97 respectively.The rate of staff engaged in the secondary hospitals was statistically significant higher than it in tertiary hospitals(P <0.01),and rate of was over 40 staff statistically significant higher in tertiary hospitals(P <0.05).The overall level of staffs’ education background and professional title was statistically significant higher in tertiary hospitals than it in the secondary hospitals(P <0.05). Conclusion The job responsibilities for information reporting in hospitals at level 2 and above are determined,but it is still necessary to further standardize management to speed up the information construction of disease prevention and control information reporting,and to raise the level of informatization.
