利用健康教育基地模式对青少年学生进行艾滋病宣传教育效果评价

Evaluation on education effects of AIDS among adolescent students by using the mode of health educational base

目的了解临朐县利用健康教育基地模式对青少年学生进行艾滋病防治知识宣传教育的效果并进行评价,探索青少年艾滋病防治策略和方法,为制定更适宜青少年学生的艾滋病宣传教育措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样追踪调查方法搜集资料,利用Epidata软件建立数据库,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行分析。结果基地教育前后对艾滋病知识总平均得分分别为4.70、7.60分。艾滋病知识知晓率,城区学生由61.42%提高到96.61%(P <0.01);山区学生由55.05%提高到92.54%(P <0.01),艾滋病知识总知晓率由58.20%提高到94.58%(P <0.01)。正向态度城区学生由38.81%提高到87.87%(P <0.01),山区学生由37.71%提高到70.58%(P <0.01),总正向态度由38.26%提高到79.28%(P <0.01)。结论利用健康教育基地模式进行艾滋病防治知识宣传教育,有利于提高青少年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率、端正对及病人的正向态度,是一种行之有效的宣传教育措施。

Objective To understand and evaluate the education effects of AIDS related knowledge among adolescent students by using the mode of health educational base,and explore prevention strategies and methods of AIDS to teenagers,so as to provide a scientific basis for developing AIDS education measures that are more suitable for adolescent students. Methods Information was collected by cluster random sampling method and tracking surveyed.Database was established by the software Epidata,and analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results The average score of AIDS related knowledge was 4.70 and 7.60 before and after educated in the base.In terms of the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,it was increased from 61.42%to 96.61%(P <0.01)in the city students,and increased from 55.05%to 92.54%(P <0.01)in the rural students,and the total awareness rate was increased from 58.20%to 94.58%(P <0.01).In the part of positive attitude,the rate of city students was increased from 38.81%to 87.87%(P <0.01),the rate of rural students was increased 37.71%to 70.58%(P <0.01),and total positive attitude was increased from 38.26%to 79.28%(P <0.01). Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among adolescent students and correct their attitudes for HIV-infected people and the patients by using the mode of health educationalbase.The education mode is very effective.
