2017年大连市医疗机构消毒质量检测

Detection of disinfection quality in medical institutions,Dalian city,2017

目的了解大连市医疗机构消毒质量状况,及时发现问题,降低医院感染发生风险。方法采用现场抽样和实验室检测方法,对大连市759家医疗机构消毒效果进行检测。结果共采集样品8 057份,合格7 511份,合格率为93.22%。各检测项目合格率分别为血液透析处理水100.00%、消毒后内镜100.00%、使用中消毒液98.84%、空气96.91%、物体表面96.73%、灭菌器96.52%、灭菌后医疗器材96.49%、医务人员外科手95.10%、医务人员卫生手87.22%、使用中紫外线灯78.23%(P <0.01)。结论大连市医疗机构消毒质量总体较好。

Objective To understandthe disinfection quality of medical institutions in Dalian and explore possible problems,so as to reduce the risk of hospital infection. Methods Field sampling method and laboratory testing were used to test the disinfection quality of 759 medical institutions in Dalian city. Results A total number of 8 057 samples were collected,in which 7 511 samples were qualified,with the qualified rate of 93.22%.The qualified rate of dialysis water,sterilized endoscopy,disinfectants in use,air,surfaces of objects,sterilizer,sterilized medical equipment,surgical hand antisepsis of healthcare workers,antiseptic handrubbing of healthcare workers,ultraviolet light in use was respectively100.00%,100.00%,98.84%,96.91%,96.73%,96.52%,96.49%,95.10%,87.22%,78.23%(P <0.01). Conclusion The quality of disinfection surveillance in medical institutions is well.
