2017年度山东省医疗机构法定传染病报告质量分析

Analysis on reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions,Shandong province,2017

目的了解山东省医疗机构法定传染病报告现状,分析报告工作中存在的问题,为规范传染病报告工作、提高报告质量提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取山东省2017年度传染病报告信息管理系统中医疗机构三级36家,二级104家,一级或未分级154家共294家进行法定传染病报告质量调查。结果 2017年度山东省共调查法定传染病3020例,报告2780例,报告率为92.05%。不同类别、级别、地区和不同科室的法定传染病报告率差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。不同级别医疗机构法定传染病报告及时率、报告卡填写完整率和有效证件号填写率差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 2017年度山东省医疗机构法定传染病报告质量仍需进一步提高。

Objective To understand the current status of notifiable infectious diseases reporting in medical institutions in Shandong province,and analyze the problems in reporting work,so as to provide the evidence for regulating reporting work and improving the reporting quality. Methods A total of 294 medical institutions including 36 tertiary medical institutions,104 secondary medical institutions and 154 primary or unclassified medical institutions were randomly stratified selected fromChinese Infectious Disease Report Information Systemto conduct reporting quality investigation of notifiable infectious diseases. Results Totally 3020 cases were selected,2780 cases were reported with the report rate of 92.05%.There were statistically significant differences in the reporting rate among medical institutions in different categories,levels and areas as well as in different departments(P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the timeliness rate,completeness rate of reporting card and effective ID among medical institutions in different levels(P <0.05). Conclusion The reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases needs to be further improved in medical institutions in Shandong province.
