摘要
目的调查北京市顺义区某民办幼儿园发生的1起感染性腹泻聚集性疫情,了解发生原因及其可能的传播途径,为有效防控疫情提供参考依据。方法明确病例定义并开展主动搜索,进行现场流行病学调查,通过实验室进行RTPCR核酸检测。结果 2018年9月26至10月2日共报告病例19例,罹患率为10.44%(19/182),均为儿童,未出现重症及死亡病例,9月27日为发病高峰(9例、9/19),病例集中分布在中(3)班(10例、罹患率为43.48%)。12份患儿肛拭子经PCR检测有10份G I型诺如病毒阳性。结论此次疫情为诺如病毒G I型感染引起的聚集性疫情。
Objective To investigate a infectious diarrhea epidemic in a private kindergarten in Shunyi district,Beijing city,and understand the causes and possible routes of transmission,so as to provide the reference for effective prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods Cases were clearly defined and actively searched,on-site epidemiological investigations were conducted,and RT-PCR nucleic acid testing was performed through laboratories. Results From September 26th to October 2nd,2018,a total of 19 cases were reported,with attack rate of 10.44%(19/182),all cases were children without any serious case and death,and the incidence peaked on September 27th(9 cases,9/19),the cases concentrated in the middle (3) class(10 cases,the attack rate was 43.48%).12 anal swabs were detected by PCR which including 10 positive results for GI norovirus. Conclusion The cluster epidemic is caused by norovirus GI infection.
