2016~2018年青岛市崂山区细菌性食物中毒病原检测

摘要 目的了解2016~2018年青岛市崂山区细菌性食物中毒的特点,为预防控制细菌性食物中毒提供科学依据。方法2016年1月至2018年9月青岛市崂山区发生的细菌性食物中毒事件进行样本检测分析。结果 2016~2018年共发生65起细菌性食物中毒事件,收集801份样本,其中27起127份样本检出病原菌。各年度食物中毒事件中病原菌检出率分别为38.89%(7/18)、36.36%(8/22)、48.00%(12/25),样本检出率依次为粪便(肛拭子)或呕吐物44.39%(83/187)、操作间及餐具涂抹液7.64%(11/144)、残留食物7.02%(33/470),总检出率为15.86%(127/801)。事件发生(54起、83.08%)和检出病原菌(25起、92.59%)的时间均集中在第3季度。副溶血性弧菌检出最多(63份、38.65%),其次为变形杆菌(40份、24.54%)、金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌(各20份、12.27%),河流弧菌和溶藻弧菌最少(各6份、3.68%)。结论 2016~2018年崂山区细菌性食物中毒病原菌以副溶血性弧菌和变形杆菌为主,金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和河流弧菌、溶藻弧菌等条件致病菌也应引起重视。 Objective To understand the characteristic of bacterial food poisoning in Laoshan district,Qingdao city during2016-2018,so as to provide scientific basis for its control and prevention. Methods The samples of bacterial food poisoning from January 2016 to September 2018 were tested and analyzed. Results A total of 65 bacterial food poisoning events occurred during 2016-2018,and 801 samples were collected.Among them,pathogens were isolated in 127 samples of 27 bacterial food poisoning events.The detection rates of cases were 38.89%(7/18) in 2016,36.36%(8/22) in 2017 and 48.00%(12/25) in 2018.The detection rate of feces and anus swabs or vomit was 44.39%(83/187),7.64%(11/144) saline from kitchen and tableware and 7.02%(33/470) residual food were isolated pathogens,with the overall detection rate of 15.86%(127/801).The occurrence of events(54events,83.08%) and the time of pathogens isolation(25events,92.59%) were concentrate in the third quarter for year.The most bacterial was vibrio parahaemolyticus(63samples,38.65%),secondly were proteus(40samples,24.54%),staphylococcus aureus and bacillus ceres(20samples each,12.27%),and the least were vibrio alginolyticus and vibrio fluvialis(6samples each,3.68%). Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus and proteus are the most prevalent pathogen in bacterial food poisoning in Laoshan districtduring 2016-2018,attention should be paid to conditioned pathogens including staphylococcus aureus,bacillus ceres,vibrio alginolyticus and vibrio fluvialis as well.
