摘要
目的查明该起食源性疾病暴发的原因,为预防类似事件的发生提供参考。方法在医疗机构进行病例主动搜索,开展病例个案调查、现场勘察及采集标本进行实验室检测。结果该起事件暴发始于2016年5月19日13:10,持续6.2h;共报告77例病人,罹患率为16.89%(77/456);症状以发热、恶心、呕吐为主,伴有腹痛、腹泻、头痛头晕等症状;在3份患者粪便样本、5份患者肛拭、3份食品样品和2份加工环节样品中检出金黄色葡萄球菌,致病餐次为5月19日午餐。结论这是1起由金黄色葡萄球菌污染食品引起的食源性疾病暴发。
Objective To find out the causes of a foodborne disease outbreak,so as to provide the reference for preventing similar events. Methods Cases were searched actively from the medical institutions,case surveyand on-site investigation were conducted,and specimens were collected for laboratory testing. Results The outbreak began in13:10,May 19th,lasted for 6.2h;there were totally 77 cases were reported,the attack rate was 16.89%(77/456);the main symptoms were fever,nausea,vomiting,accompanying with abdominal pain,diarrhea,headache,dizzy and other symptoms;Staphylococcus aureus was detected in 3 stool samples,5 anal swabs,3 food samples and 2 samples from processing step,lunch in May 19th was contaminated with pathogen. Conclusion It is a food borne disease outbreak caused by food contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus.
