2012～2017年中国职业中毒研究文献计量学分析

目的分析2012～2017年我国职业中毒文献研究情况。方法从中国学术期刊网络出版总库数据库中检索2012～2017年国内公开发表有关职业中毒的研究论文并采用文献计量学方法对论文的发表年份、期刊分布、基金项目、作者机构地区、关键词等进行分析。结果共检索到职业中毒相关文献621篇,分布在127种期刊上,其中《职业与健康》等8种职业卫生专业期刊是发表我国职业中毒研究论文的重要载体(共331篇、占53.30%);发文数量前6的单位均为职业病防治机构(共94篇、占15.13%),在这些机构中形成了稳定的研究作者群体,他们的研究工作获得了国家、地方的基金项目支持。广东成为我国职业中毒研究最为活跃的地区(共141篇、占22.71%)。铅中毒等慢性中毒成为了职业中毒研究的热点(共37篇,占5.95%)。结论 2012～2017年我国职业中毒研究获得深入发展,但是随着产业升级出现了新型职业中毒,预防控制与消除职业中毒仍然需要各方面的共同努力。

Objective To analyze the status of occupational poisoning study in China during 2012-2017.Methods Literatures related to occupational poisoning which published in China during 2012-2017 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and then published years,journals,funds,authors,institutions,regions and keywords of literatures were analyzed by literature metrology method.Results A total of 621 literatures were retrieved in CNKI database and published in 127 journals.Among them,8 occupational health journals,including Occupation and Health,became important carriers to publish literatures related to occupational poisoning in China(331 papers,53.30%).The top 6 institutions in the number of publish papers were all institutions of occupational disease prevention(94 papers,15.13%).A stable group of authors has been formed in these institutions and their research were supported by national and regional funding.Guangdong became the most active area in occupational poisoning research in China(141 papers,22.71%).Research on chronic poisoning such as lead poisoning was the hot spot in China(37 papers,5.95%).Conclusion Great progress is made in research on occupational poisoning in China during 2012-2017,but joint efforts are needed to control and eliminate occupational poisoning because new occupational poisonings are occurred with industry upgrading.
