2016年昆明市高血压患者血压管理行为分析

Analysis on disease management behavior of hypertensive patients,Kunming city,2016

目的了解昆明市高血压患者的血压管理行为。方法于2016年3~5月采用整群随机抽样方法抽取昆明市3个县区登记在册管理的高血压患者1 234例为调查对象,采用面对面询问的方式进行问卷调查,内容包括基本情况和血压管理情况等。结果 1 234例高血压患者中,60.94%(752例)诊断患病后立马采取了控制血压的措施;未立马采取控压措施的482例患者中,患病后≤1、~2、~3、~4、>4年采取控压措施的分别占57.26%(276例)、23.65%(114例)、3.53%(17例)、1.87%(9例)、13.69%(66例);控制血压措施中,服药、饮食控制、血压监测分别占82.74%、50.73%、34.20%。控制血压的不同组合干预措施中,仅服药的比例最高(33.47%),其次是'服药+饮食控制'(14.67%)和'服药+饮食控制+运动+血压监测'(13.61%),'运动+血压监测'最少(0.24%)。结论昆明市高血压患者诊断患病后立马采取控压措施的比例不高,且患病2年后才采取控压措施的比例较高,服药、饮食控制、运动、血压监测所占比例不高。

Objective To understand the blood pressure management behavior of patients with hypertension in Kunming.Methods A total of 1 234 registered hypertensive patients from 3 counties of Kunming city were selected by cluster random sampling method during March-May 2016.Face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted,including background information and blood pressure management.Results Among 1 234 hypertensive patients,60.94%(752 cases)took measures to control blood pressure immediately after diagnosis.Among 482 patients who did not take pressure control measures immediately,57.26%(276 cases),23.65%(114 cases),3.53%(17 cases),1.87%(9 cases)and 13.69%(66 cases)of them took pressure control measures≤1 year,1-2 years,2-3 years,3-4 years and>4 years after illness.Among the blood pressure control measures,medication,diet control and blood pressure monitoring accounted for 82.74%,50.73%and 34.20%respectively.Different combinations of interventions to control blood pressure had different components.The proportion of taking medicine was the highest(33.47%),followed by'taking medicine+diet control'(14.67%)and'taking medicine+diet control+doing exercise+blood pressure monitoring'(13.61%),'doing exercise+blood pressure monitoring'was the least(0.24%).Conclusion The blood pressure management behavior of some hypertensive patients is not standardized in Kunming city.
