2004~2018年大同市布鲁氏菌病流行趋势分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解大同市布病的流行趋势,掌握疫情动态、流行规律,为进一步调整大同市布病防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集2004~2018年大同市历年布病报告数据及中国疾病预防控制信息系统资料,应用描述性流行病学进行分析。结果 2004~2018年大同市共报告布病发病18 784例,年平均发病1 252例,年发病率为8.43/10万~71.36/10万,年平均报告发病率为38.61/10万。农村发病(18 002例、95.84%)高于城市(782例、4.16%),以从事牛羊养殖业的农民为主(14 961例、79.65%),发病职业种类数呈多种趋势。以青壮年男性为主(15 758例、83.89%),呈季节性发病,3~6月为高峰(9 293例、49.47%)。实验室确诊病例多以乏力、发热、关节疼痛的临床症状为主。结论大同市近年来布病发病呈下降趋势。 Objective To understand the trend of brucellosis in Datong city,master the epidemic dynamics and rules,so as to provide scientific basis for further adjusting the prevention and control strategy of brucellosis in Datong city.Methods Annual brucellosis data and information from the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System during 2004-2018 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method in Datong city.Results During 2004-2018,a total of 18 784 cases of brucellosis were reported in Datong city,with the annual average cases of 1 252,the annual incidence was(8.43-71.36)/10~5,and the annual average incidence was 38.61/10~5.The number of cases in the rural area(18 002 cases,95.84%)was much higher than it in the urban area(782 cases,4.16%),and the majority of cases were farmers engaged in cattle and sheep breeding(14 961 cases,79.65%).The cases were mainly young and middle-aged men(15 758 cases,83.89%),the incidence had seasonality,which peaked during March-June(9 293 cases,49.47%).The laboratory-confirmed cases mainly had symptoms including fatigue,fever and joint pain.Conclusion The incidence of brucellosis in Datong city shows a downward trend in recent years.
