摘要
目的:探讨一种简便实用的全血粘度参考值制定方法。方法:(1)从用锥板式血液流变仪测定的健康体检者资料分别选择红细胞压积(HCT)为0.42 L/L,200例(男80例,女120例);HCT为0.45 L/L,210例(男130例,女80例);同样方法从用压力传感式血流变仪的测定资料中选择HCT0.42 L/L,男120例,女120例;HCT为0.45 L/L,男150例,女120 例,将各HCT组的全血粘度结果按不同性别进行统计分析。(2)从排出高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症等健康体检者中.不分性别选择HCT为0.42 L/L组、0.37 L/L组、0.43 L/L组、0.49 L/L组各100例以上或更多,以0.42 L/L组和0.49 L/L组全血粘度均值作为男性全血粘度参考值的下限和上限,以0.37 L/L组和0.43 L/L组全血粘度均值作为女性全血粘度参考值的下限和上限。结果: 不论是锥板式还是传感式血流变仪,各相同HCT组的高、中、低切全血粘度均无性别差异(p>0.05),由此,在选择HCT组时可以不分性别,将相应HCT组全血粘度均值作为男、女全血粘度参考值的下限或上限。结论:以HCT作为依据,分别制定男、女全血粘度参考值的方法,简便、实用,并有效避免了一般常规参考值制定方法由于HCT不是正态分布给全血粘度参考值带来的偏差。
Objective: Inquire into a handy practical drafting method of whole blood viscosity reference. Methods (1) Select 200 cases (male 80, female 120) with HCT 0.42L/L and 210 cases (male 130, female 80) with HCT 0.45 L/L respectively from material of healthy testers who are examined by conical board type viscometer; Select 240 cases (male 120, female 120) with HCT 0.42 L/L and 270 cases (male 150, female 120) with HCT 0.45L/L from material of healthy testers who are examined by pressure transfer lype viscometer . by the same method. Then the whole blood viscosity results of each HCT group are counted up and analyzed according to sex. (2) Select 100 cases or more regardless of sex from each group with HCT 0.42 L/L, 0.37 L/L, 0.43L/L and 0.49 L/L respectively from healthy testers free from hypertension, coronary disease, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipemia and other diseases and take the even values of whole blood viscosity of 0.42 L/L group and 0.49 L/L group as bottom limit and top limit of male whole blood viscosity reference and the even values of whole blood viscosity of 0.37 L/L group and 0.43 L/L group as bottom limit and top limit of female whole blood viscosity reference. Results: The high, middle and low shearing whole blood viscosities within the same HCT group are without any sex difference (p> 0.05)no matter which viscometer is used. So we can select whole blood viscosity even value of relevant HCT groups as bottom limit and top limit of male or female whole blood viscosity reference regardless of sex on HCT group. Conclusion: The method of drafting male and female whole blood viscosity references respectively according to HCT is simple and practical and can effectively avoid bringing error to whole blood viscosity reference owing to non HCT normal distribution by drafting method of normal regular reference.
