Analysis of Blood Sugar, Blood Fat and Hemorheology Index About Male Taxi-driver

目的:探讨男性出租车司机血糖、血脂、血流变指标的变化,以早期发现心、脑血管疾病。方法:对64例男性出租车司机的血糖、血脂和血流变指标进行检测,并与对照组进行比较。结果:实验组的血糖和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与对照组有差异,p<0．05;血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和血流变指标中全血中切、低切、血浆粘度以及红细胞压积与对照组有明显差异,p<0．01。结论:男性出租车司机血糖、血脂和血流变等多项指标有明显异常,应定期进行体检。

Objective: This article discusses the changes of blood sugar, blood fat and hemorheology index of male taxi-driver, in order to find the cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease in early stage. Methods: 64 male taxi-drivers were tested on their index of blood sugar, blood fat and hemorheology. Testing data were compared to the control group. Results: Blood sugar, blood fat and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-ch) were difference between the test ing group and control group, p<0.05. Total cholesterol, triglycerol, and viscosity of blood, plasma viscosity and hematocrit (HCT) of hemorheology index existed obvious differences compared with clear the control group, p<0.01. Conclusions: In this testing identified, there were obvious abnormity in mail taxi drivers multi-index, such like blood sugar, blood fat and hemorheology. Regular physical examination are suggested.
