加味五味消毒饮治疗32例寻常痤疮血液流变学改变与疗效的分析

The Analysis of the Hemorheology Changes of 32 cases With Homeliness Acne Treated by the WuWeiXiaoDuYin and Its Therapy Effect

目的:探讨用五味消毒饮治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法:对32例寻常型痤疮用五味消毒饮进行清热解毒、凉血化淤治疗,检测其治疗前和治疗后的血液流变学各项指标。结果:痤疮患者的血液流变学改变和治疗效果有直接关系。结论:加味五味消毒饮能有效改善痤疮患者微循环,对该病的康复可起到积极的作用。

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of the therapy of homeliness acne treated by wuweixiaoduyin and to observe the influence on the index of hemorheology. Methods: 32 cases with homeliness acne were treated by wuweixiao duyin according to the theory of eliminating fever, detoxification, as well as activating blood. To assess the changes of hemorheology using the paients blood. Results: It is founded that the changes of hemorheology related directly to the t-herapy effect. Conclusion: wuweixiaoduyin can improve effectively the microcircle of blood of Homeliness acne patients, thereby, the herbs can accelerate the patient to get well.
