速效救心丸活血化瘀的临床研究

The Clinical Research on Activating Blood to Resolve Stasis of Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wan

冠心病是威胁人类健康和生命的重要疾病之一,中医认为冠心病多为气滞血瘀,将冠心病患者75例,随机分为速效救心丸组、复方丹参片组和对照组,研究服用速效救心丸前后的红细胞流变特性,表明速效救心丸不仅对冠心病有很好疗效,同样可以明显降低全血粘度、降低红细胞聚集指数及面积,显著提高红细胞变形能力,有良好的活血化瘀作用。

The coronary heart disease(CHD) is one of many important diseases which threaten the human being's health and life.According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, CHD's reason is always Qi stagnation and Blood stasis. 75 CHD patients were divided into three groups randomly: Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wan group, Fu Fang Dan Shen group and control group. The erythrocyte 's hemodynamic parameters were observed before and after the Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wan were taken. It is showed that Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wan not only has good effect on the CHD, but also can decrease the blood viscosity, the hemagglutination index and area obviously. It can also improve the deformation ability of the red cell and has the good effect of activating blood and resolving stasis.
