摘要
研究证实,恶性肿瘤惠者普遍存在血液高粘、高凝、高聚状态。本组资料表明恶性肿瘤病人治疗前血液流变学和甲襞微循环明显异常,经参麦注射液治疗后血液流变学各种指标和甲襞微循环各加权积分均有明显改善,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(p<0.01),说明参麦注射液具有降粘、降凝、降聚和改善微循环的作用。
It is confirmed that the malignant tumor patients' blood is always high viscous coagulate and collective. It is showed by this experiment that the malignant tumor patients' blood hemodynamic parameters and the nail fold micro-circulation were abnormal sharply before the treatment. Through the treatment of Shen Mai injection, they were improved obviously and has a significant difference compared with that before the treatment(p< 0.01). It is showed that the Shen Mai injection has the functions of decreasing blood viscosity, coagulation, conglomeration and improving the micro-circul ation.
