不同切变率血浆粘度在血液流变学分析中的作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的: 观察不同切变率血浆粘度测定在血液流变学分析中的作用。方法: 18名健康青年作5 km越野运动,用 UANG细管式粘度仪在30℃±0.5℃条件下测试运动前后切变率分别为10 S-1、20 S-1、40 S-1、70 S-1、和110 S-1的全血和血浆粘度,并用垂直细管式血浆粘度计常规方法测试血浆固定粘度。结果:在30℃条件下测试的运动前后血浆粘度随切变率的降低而增高,呈现与全血相似的非牛顿流体粘度曲线。运动前和运动后血浆切变率10 S-1、20 S-1及40 S-1粘度间具有显著性差异(p<0.01),而切变率40 S-1、70 S-1及110 S-1粘度间无明显差别。血浆常规方法测试的固定粘度低于切变率为10 S-1和20 S-1的粘度(p<0.01),而与切变率40 S-1、70 S-1及110 S-1粘度无显著差异。与运动前比较,运动后血浆切变率10 S-1和20 S-1粘度显著升高(p<0.05),而切变率40 S-1、70 S-1和110 S-1粘度及常规方法测试的固定粘度无明显改变。结论:在30℃条件下测试,在较低切变率下的血浆粘度随切变率降低而升高。不同切变率血浆粘度测定符合血浆非牛顿流体特性的要求,有助于观察血浆粘度细微的变化。 Objecive: To investigate the role of detecting plasma viscosity in different shear rates for hemorheological analysis. Methods: The index of plasma viscosity(PV) at 30 ℃ in a shear rale of 110 sec-1 to 10 sec-1 was determined from 18 exercisers for 5 KM by LIANG-100 TIPE viscometer. Meanwhile the index of PV in the fixed shear rate was determined by role method. Results: The index of PV was increased significantly wilh shear rale decreasing. The index of PV in the fixed shear rale is higher than the one in 110 sec-1 shear rales but lower in 10 sec-1 shear rate. The PV in the shear rates of 10 sec-1 and 20 sec-1 after exercise were higher than the one before exercise,but no remarkable difference of the PV in shear rales of 40 sec-1 to 110 sec-1 and in the fixed shear rate could be found between before exercise and after exercise. Conclusions: At 30 ℃ the index of PV in a lower shear rale were increased with shear r-ate decreasing, Determining PV in different shear rales is the requisites of non-Newtonians, it may express the miner change of PV.
